(hereinafter RGB) specifies that the Treatment of your personal data, collected through the registration form in the section “contacts” will be based on correctness, legality and transparency, protecting your confidentiality and rights. The treatment of our personal data includes any operation or series of operations carried out with or without electronic means.

Treatment modes
Your personal data will be mainly treated with IT and electronic means, and saved on IT means and on any other suitable means, in compliance with the Minimum safety measures according to the Technical disciplinary measure Enclosure "B” of Legislative decree n. 196 dating back to June 30, 2003. Your data could be treated on behalf of the company by its employees appointed by the treatment owner.

Data communication
Your data can be transferred to the sales agents and/or to external partners of RGB in the development of requested services and products.
The mentioned subjects were appointed external managers of the treatment according to the art. 29 of the Legislative decree 196/03.

Rights of the person concerned (art. 7 of the Legislative decree 196 dating back to June 30, 2003)
At any time you can exercise your rights against the Treatment owner according to Art. 7, and more precisely you can ask for the data existence, its update, adjustment, supplement, removal or block.
